She has advised on high-profile transactions in Zambia, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and intricate deal structuring. Tizyo has extensive experience in cross-border transactions, equity funding, venture capital, corporate governance, restructuring, insolvency, tax, data protection, and intellectual property. She has played a pivotal role in facilitating partnerships, acquisitions, and legal negotiations.

Beyond transactional work, Tizyo is a skilled advocate in high-stakes negotiations, litigation, mediation, and arbitration, delivering favorable outcomes through strategic settlements or court verdicts.
